Karen Shaddick New Program Manager for OPTARSS II! – 01 June 2011 Skyline has selected Karen Shaddick to head our efforts in winning task orders for OPTARSS II, our newest IDIQ contract vehicle. Ms. Shaddick brings a varied and successful career with the Army Reserves (operations, training, intelligence, resource management, and personnel). We are excited to have her join our team!
